The board moved back and forth with their weight teaching them vestibular balance and the cause and effect of body movement. It can help improve children's balance ability, develop gross motor strength, and enhance children's coordination - all the great benefits of gross motor play!

Daily movement helps young children stimulate and strengthen their vestibular system. The vestibular system, located in the inner ear, is crucial for balance, spatial orientation, and coordination. Through various activities like swaying on the Balance Board, children engage this system, which in turn supports their overall sensory processing, motor skills development, and cognitive functions.
